1st Procurement Workshop promotes team integration and connection with other areas.

For an area to develop efficient strategies and generate significant results, a number of factors are necessary, such as teamwork, the ability to anticipate scenarios, and a collaborative environment, especially with the support of leadership. With this in mind, the 1st Grupo Profarma Supply Workshop, held on August 29 at the Barra da Tijuca Corporate Headquarters, provided a forum for participants to connect and exchange experiences.

The event featured lectures conducted by leaders in the areas of Audit and Compliance, Supply, Regulatory, Culture & People Management, Legal, and Tax, who shared their knowledge and relevant information that directly impacts business demands.

“Our intention was to bring together the areas that interact most with us to add more quality to the activities and deliveries we perform. We were able to bring the team together for an immersion with internal experts who know the Company’s processes and needs. We also had two sessions with our ME and contract management specialists, who shared with the team the new features that will be implemented in the tool in the coming months using AI,” said Flávio Faria, Supply Manager at the Grupo Profarma.

Fernanda Lourenço, Supply Analyst at Grupo Profarma, highlighted: “Having been with the company for eight months, I found the Supply Workshop to be a valuable space for learning and exchanging ideas with colleagues from different areas. In addition to the dynamics, we gained important insights into tools that we can apply on a daily basis to improve our deliveries. The experience was very motivating and left me looking forward to other moments as enriching as this one.”

In addition to promoting technical training, the workshop stimulated engagement and encouraged employees to continue growing with excellence. “As a leader, I was very happy with the feedback I received. I challenged them. What can we do to improve even more? Our goal is to motivate them to be an even more assertive and collaborative area,” concluded Flávio.
