Through its ESG Department, the Grupo Profarma runs the Projeto DNA – Network Governance, which provides training to strengthen governance within the Company’s supply chain. The initiative addresses issues related to the commitments made in the Sustainability Policy, based on responsible, ethical, and transparent conduct.
On September 3, the Projeto DNA brought together logistics and facilities suppliers and other guests for another online training session, this time focused on Information Security and Data Protection, an essential topic for ensuring the trust of customers, partners, and employees. During the meeting, which was attended by Glaucio Campos, Information Security Coordinator, and Monica Guimarães, Compliance Analyst, regulatory trends in emissions management were discussed, in addition to the Company’s compliance guidelines.
For Isabella Antunes, ESG specialist at Grupo Profarma, the Projeto DNA strengthens relationships with the supply chain, contributing to risk mitigation and the construction of a more ethical, secure, and sustainable network. “In this edition, the topic of Information Security and Data Protection was highlighted, reinforcing the importance of responsible data management, which is increasingly critical in the face of cyber risks and regulatory requirements. By promoting this dialogue, we reinforce our commitment to building a value chain aligned with our principles and current challenges,” said Isabella.
