With the support of TESS IA, a company specializing in AI solutions, the Company has been implementing a series of changes that directly impact its business, an example of which is the creation of the Profarma Distribuição Intralogistics Control Tower.
The initiative centralizes information from Centros de Distribuição, enabling AI agents to deliver accurate insights, supporting decision-making and making operations more agile, assertive, and strategic. In total, 18 Power BIs process a large volume of data per day, resulting in approximately 320 automated reports by RPAs and AI agents.
