January 15 and 16 were marked by Acelera MG, a strategic meeting held at the Minas Gerais CD to boost the unit’s results. The Company’s senior leadership, including guests from the Corporate Headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, met with the Sales Force in the state of Minas Gerais to engage the team, strengthen local leadership, and create a plan to accelerate sales in the region.
The first day was dedicated to building the plan and strategic alignment, ensuring that every decision was connected to the vision of sustainable growth. On the second day, the sales team, including supervisors and salespeople from all segments, independent, chains, and accounts, participated in the rollout of actions, transforming ideas into practical initiatives to drive results.
“After a challenging year, Acelera MG was structured with a focus on increasing our market share and strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers in the region. The plan is based on disciplined execution, clear commercial direction, and active presence of the sales team, ensuring focus on the right customers, improved performance, and consistent monitoring of results,” said Ricardo Ganacin, Sales Director at Profarma Distribuição.
With this initiative, the Company reinforced integration among employees and the importance of working together to achieve goals. In addition, Acelera MG strengthened the contact between leaders and teams in Minas Gerais through visits by directors, superintendents, and managers such as Marcos Baeta, Aleson Gehlen, Sandro Silva, and Rodrigo Andrade. “We continue with responsibility, method, and commitment to delivery.
