Peru was the destination chosen for Adventure 2025. Between November 2 and 8, 30 employees embarked on a true immersion in Andean culture. During the trip, the group—made up of members of the Força de Vedas who won the award and special guests—experienced moments of great integration and discovery.
The itinerary included visits to Machu Picchu, one of the seven wonders of the modern world and a World Heritage Site, and the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a region rich in history, archaeological sites, and traditional villages. The group also participated in cultural experiences, such as craft and weaving workshops in local communities, and gastronomic experiences.
“Having the chance to visit Peru, a place so rich in culture and landscapes, was unforgettable. Every moment was special, full of discoveries, laughter, and new friendships. Without a doubt, it was an achievement that I will cherish dearly and that makes me even more motivated for the next campaigns,” said Janaina Borges, a salesperson from Redes (RS) at Profarma Distribuição.
The goal of Aventura is to celebrate the performance of the Sales Force, with trips to paradisiacal and remarkable places. The award recognizes those who stand out the most in the individual goals of the Clube de Profas and also encourages all employees who participate in the campaign to seek continuous improvement in order to be awarded in other editions. Since its creation, the program has organized trips to different destinations, such as the Caribbean (cruise), Costa Rica (San José and Arenal), Argentina (Ushuaia and El Calafate), and Portugal (Madeira Island).
The Clube de Profas
The Clube de Profas is an incentive program run by Profarma Distribuição that carries out monthly campaigns throughout the year. The initiative rewards sales force employees based on their sales performance, offering prizes such as Profas (virtual currency), points, trips, and other items.
