With a view to expanding and diversifying the Profarma Institute’s activities, Deborah Birmarcker, ESG director at the Profarma Group and president of the Profarma Institute, and Roberta Almeida, Social Responsibility analyst at the Profarma Institute, visited B3 Social on August 16 in São Paulo. The meeting provided moments of exchange and learning about B3’s initiatives in the social area.
The company shared its actions to encourage the engagement of corporate volunteers, as well as information that can help expand the impact promoted by the Institute. “We can implement many of the things we saw during the visit. B3 Social has interesting practices that we can adapt. It’s important to learn about other possibilities in order to improve our processes even more. As much as we have differences in the way we work, there are similarities too,” said Roberta Almeida.
