The Instituto Profarma was present at the 10th edition of the CureRETT Race, held on October 26 by the CureRETT Institute, an organization that raises awareness and provides information about Rett syndrome, autism, and other rare diseases. Held in Barra da Tijuca, the event had accessible infrastructure to welcome people of all ages, including babies and the elderly, and was attended by a group of Embaixadores do Bem.
The race reinforced the importance of inclusion, awareness, and solidarity, and featured several activities. As part of Children’s Day celebrations, the Instituto Profarma provided popcorn stands, GOnutri mineral water, cotton candy, açaí, and fruit salad, in addition to a donation of whey protein by Nestlé.
Maria Alice Mandaro, Management Manager at Grupo Profarma and Embaixadora do Bem, shared that she has a long-standing relationship with Instituto CureRETT and highlighted the importance of this unprecedented partnership between the two institutes: “We had a Sunday marked by integration and emotion. It was inspiring to see the purpose of our Instituto Profarma take shape in an event of genuine inclusion, where every gesture made a difference.”
