The new learning platform of UGP – Profarma Group University offers around 200 courses in different areas for company employees. Since its launch in July, it has already seen more than 7,200 accesses and over 5,700 hours completed, which represents the total time dedicated to learning during this period.
The platform’s objective is to provide content that expands employees’ knowledge about Cultura Viva (Living Culture), as well as courses that contribute to personal and professional growth. With faster and more intuitive navigation, the platform also allows for certificate issuance upon course completion.
The expectation is that each individual becomes the protagonist of their own journey and completes courses that promote the development of technical and behavioral skills, as well as knowledge in innovation, diversity, and inclusion, among other subjects.
“The last course I took was Design Thinking, in the Próton module. I found the course excellent because it utilizes various resources. There are audio, video, and questions that really help in reinforcing the content. For me, what changed the most with the new platform is the friendlier and more intuitive interface. As soon as we log in, we see the Company’s visual identity and colors, as well as images of the employees,” said Antônio Sayd, Management Analyst at the Profarma Group.
